She guided us We were both anxious about selling our lovely home
She was understanding and patient .She spotted some potential buyers in her database so no upfront fees towards marketing were needed .Offer negotiated fairly and promptly. It became a bit complicated and frustrating, ( no ones fault ) Athena kept us focused and calm ( time and time again ! LOL )
