Ryan Charles

Born in Nelson, New Zealand, Ryan Charles relocated to the Sunshine Coast in 2015 and has since become deeply embedded in the local community. With a professional background spanning more than a decade in sport, community engagement, and wellbeing, Ryan brings a unique people first approach to his real estate career.

Before joining Property Lane Realty, Ryan held leadership and development roles with the NRL, Queensland Rugby League, and Queensland Cricket, where he played a pivotal role in growing participation, strengthening community partnerships, and promoting mental health awareness across the region. His ability to connect authentically with people and build trust has always been at the heart of his work.

Ryan's transition into real estate was a natural evolution of his passion for helping others achieve their goals. He approaches every property journey with empathy, clear communication, and an unwavering commitment to positive outcomes, values that align strongly with the Property Lane ethos of honesty, teamwork, and community focus.

Outside of work, Ryan is a husband and father of three, as well as an advocate for wellbeing and personal growth, inspired by his own journey through early life challenges and the transformative power of community support.
