William worked with us the seller and that is refreshing as many agents do not want to really hear what the seller has to say. He actually listened to us and we were able to achieve the price we wanted in a slightly difficult market.
His agency also went above and beyond by organising the house to be styled inhouse and we were not stung with high fees for this. Our property was marketed beautifully and he listened to our ideas and implemented them. William is a great negotiator.

I engaged Will several months before hitting the market during our pre-renovation stage. His knowledge and expertise helped us model the renovations to successfully target a broad range of potential buyers and achieve best price regardless of what the market was doing. From our first meet up with William, he was very quick to assist with questions and requests we had. We had multiple viewings and plenty of questions each time, William was very patient and never pushy which we loved.
