Wow, this was the most seamless sale, I’ve ever had. Although I was initially dubious about the need for all the marketing , ie styling, drone pics, 3D walkthrough etc, I have to concede it contributed to this very quick sale. Listed one day and a serious unconditional buyer, sight unseen the next day. Too good to pass up. Contract signed in a week and settlement two weeks later. Sold within my price guide and for a fair market price! Well done Will and Serena! Would happily do business again.

He actually listened to us and we were able to achieve the price we wanted in a slightly difficult market. His agency also went above and beyond by organising the house to be styled inhouse and we were not stung with high fees for this. Our property was marketed beautifully and he listened to our ideas and implemented them. William is a great negotiator.
